こんいちは!アンバです~
Day 2 was a bit of a different type of day for me. I was finally able to sleep the night before, so I had a bunch of energy and I was ready to roll! My Japanese classes had ended at 6:30 pm, and Kata and I were ready to head on home until we saw a bunch of other students gathering in the lobby.
Curious, we asked Azu at the front desk what was going on, apparently there was a festival. So, we quickly called out our host mother Mitsuo, and after roughly 10 minutes of broken English and Japanese, we had to ask Hiroshi to tell her the details. Once it was all set, we were ready to go!
The ride to the festival was a bit intimidating for me at first, I was nervous because I wasn't sure how I was going to get back, but Kata was a lot better at directions than I was, and when I'm scared I get confused super easily, so it was great to know she was patient with me.
The gang and us went to the festival and had a blast! Although we got lost from the main group, we ate some yummy yakisoba (which Dave finished for me. Thanks C: ) and by the time we finished it, it was time to go home.

I love Japan.
