So in Japan, it's pretty much a cultural-norm. A Japanese girl is known to shaving their arms, legs, and underarms to the point where it's a baby butt smooth.
A friend and I at school were discussing this, and she brought up a good point. If I was to live in Japan, would I shave my arms?
Personally, I probably won't ever do it.
I don't feel like it's needed, I know I'll get stared at but I'm a foreigner, I'm going to get stared at either way (Shave or don't shave). Now, if I have a significant other that wanted me to shave my arms. Yeah, I'll consider it...
Though I guess we could call it even too because I hate leg hair as well (And I'd beg him to get rid of it) So as of now, I won't shave my arms.
Besides, I hate shaving my legs in general, women society sucks.
I even went around asking a few people what their opinions on that was, (shaving their arms) and many people thought it was an odd thing to do. Especially because some people grow the hair back thicker and darker. That's also one thing I'm pretty scared of, I'm Portuguese, but I got lucky because of my mix European heritage, so my arm hair isn't so dark. But if you look close enough, it's long and it can be a bit of a turn-off.
I get these random moments where I want to shave my arms. But then I remembered that it would be more time in the shower getting rid of the hair off my skin.
I'm too lazy.for my own good.
What do you guys think? Would you shave your arms, or if you do, how often do you do it? Let me know in the comments below!
