Hey all~ So just yesterday, I got information on my host family! Finally, at long last the thing I've been waiting for, for months now! So my host family lives in Tokyo just half a mile from the Tokyo Disney World. (Personally, I hope I won't have to go. I really, really hate amusement park rides)
I checked on google maps and saw my home that I'll be living in for two weeks, and let me tell you, it's super duper adorable and cute. There are plants everywhere outside the house and it's such a pretty looking home. Just typing this makes me excited all over again.
I'll have to ask for permission, but I want to see if it'll be possible if I could record a house tour and such. I'd love to show everyone the wonderful memories I'll make there!
So anyway, I'll be living with my host mother (I'm going to call her Mama or Okaachan if she lets me haha) my host father, and their son and dog. My host brother works for EF tours. My mother really loves to garden and my father loves to take walks.
They seem like a really cute and interesting family, and I can't wait to meet them! I hope they like me, and I hope they'll be patient with me when I fumble over my broken Japanese!
